1. Shipping Zones & Destinations

  • Europe: United Kingdom, European Union member states.

  • Oceania: Australia, New Zealand.

  • Asia: Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong SAR.

🚫 Non-Delivery Restrictions

Due to international customs regulations, strict import restrictions on liquid cosmetics, or persistent carrier transit disruptions, we cannot fulfill orders or deliver packages to the following locations:

  • Military Addresses (APO, FPO, DPO boxes).

  • The following countries: Russia, Ukraine, Brazil, India, South Africa, and all countries within the continents of Africa and South America.

  • Remote island territories where reliable trackable shipping cannot be guaranteed.

If an order is mistakenly placed with a delivery address located within a non-delivery zone, our compliance team will automatically cancel the transaction and issue a full financial refund.

2. Shipping Methods, Rates & Delivery Times

All orders undergo a standard handling and processing window of 1 to 3 business days at our fulfillment center before being handed over to our shipping carriers.

Disclaimer: Estimated delivery times are based on carrier historical averages and do not include the 1-3 day processing window. Transit times may experience minor extensions during peak holiday shopping seasons, extreme meteorological conditions, or custom clearance clearance bottlenecks.

3. Order Tracking & Customs

  • Tracking Confirmation: Within 24 hours of your package leaving our fulfillment center, an automated shipping confirmation email containing your unique Tracking Number and a direct tracking link will be delivered to your inbox.

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Avonlea Beauty is not liable for any customs fees, import duties, tariffs, or local taxes applied to your package by your destination country. All administrative fees levied during or after shipping are the sole legal responsibility of the purchasing customer.

4. Liability for Lost or Damaged Packages

We guarantee that every product leaves our facility securely packaged and factory-sealed. However, liability regarding transit issues is governed by the following clear parameters:

Packages Damaged in Transit

  • Our Responsibility: If your liquid formulas leak or bottle structures are physically broken upon arrival, Avonlea Beauty assumes full financial liability.

  • Action Required: You must report the damage to support@avonleabeauty.com within 48 hours of carrier delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence of the damaged product and the external shipping box. We will immediately ship a free replacement or process a full refund.

Packages Lost in Transit

  • Our Responsibility: A shipment is categorized as officially lost if the carrier tracking status ceases updating for more than 15 consecutive business days, or if the carrier formally declares the package non-deliverable. In these instances, Avonlea Beauty assumes full financial liability and will issue a 100% refund or arrange a priority reshipment.

  • Carrier Release Liability (Stolen/Missing Packages): Avonlea Beauty is not liable for packages that are officially marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier’s tracking database but are claimed missing or stolen from the customer's doorstep or mailroom. We strongly encourage customers to monitor their tracking data and provide a secure, reliable delivery location.
